Site users
How to manage site users?
This section allows to manage the profiles of both registered end-users and subagents.
To edit existing user account settings simply click on username or Edit button:
To add a new site user simply click on "Add site users" button.

Chapter Additional settings controls general user settings. This block is used for managing the registration В2С users

Each site user has the following subsection within their profile:
User profile

Email - must be unique for given project. There cannot be more than one site user with such email address within one and the same RezOn powered website. Email can be updated.
Password - information is stored in encrypted form. You are not able to set your password in this section. You should to send the email with link for changing password. Link is valid until the end of a day. This user have to set password himself.
Email copies - here you can set additional emails what will receive the copies of emails about booking creation\cancellation.
Name - here you can indicate user name and last name.
Phone - this phone number is used for SMS verification.
Access level - is used for B2B site users. It determines the level of access for orders: Default - user may see own orders only; Counterparty level - user may see orders made by all users that belong to exact Counterparty; Agency level - user will see all orerd made in this project. Please be especially careful when adding this rule!
Counterparty - is used for B2B site users. It defines whether the user belongs to some user group. You should first add this Counterparty in the chapter Agency-Counterparties

Allow access to BO - is used for B2B site users. When this option is set to Yes, the site user will be able to modify their bookings and orders via RezOn BO:
void only some tickets within one order,
apply ticketing modifiers,
cancel stored fare quote and create a new one,
exchange / refund electronic tickets,
issuing and void EMDs and so on. All rule settings are made in the separate TAB BO. Full description below.
B2B Flight Tickets
This section is enabled only for the users of corporate (B2B) module. Each user could be configurated as B2B for all available contents or for a particular content.

View your orders in BO - activation of this feature allows the site user to log into RezOn BO to view only their orders and balance sheet.
Manage bookings in BO - when this option is set to Yes, the site user will be able to modify their bookings and orders via RezOn BO:
void only some tickets within one order,
apply ticketing modifiers,
cancel stored fare quote and create a new one,
exchange / refund electronic tickets,
issuing and void EMDs and so on.
Edit service fee in BO - when this option is set to Yes, the site user will be able to edit their own service fees. Charges of other site users will not be available to him.
Check by - here you can select verification method applied prior to electronic ticket issuance:
SMS - confirmation number will be sent via SMS to mobile phone number specified in the user profile.
Password - when this option is selected, than the user would need to indicate their RezOn BO passowrd to confirm electronic ticket issuance.
Without check with IP binding - in this case, it will only be necessary to enter into the field Allowed IP the list of allowed IP addresses using which the tickets will can issued by the agent.
Without check - in this case the electronic ticket is issued without any additional confirmation from RezOn BO user.
Personalization

Individual logo of personal cabinet - Using this field you can add your own logo, on the B2B website and in the confirmation letters received by customers via e-mail.
Phone - contact phone of B2B user.
Email - contact email of B2B user.
Address - full address of B2B user.
Billing details
This section allows to enter the billing details for this particular sire user. When this user chooses method of payment Invoice foe juridical account, all fields will be autocompleted.



User lock

Locked - when this field is set to Yes, then BO user would not be able to log into RezOn BO.
Email confirmed - setting field is set to Yes means that user has successfully confirmed their account via email.
Advanced site user settings
Site user`s accounts have additional settings, that are rarely used. They are located in TABs in the line under email.

Profile - discussed earlier;
IP addresses of entering - list on IP this user from which the user entered the site;
Logs SMS - the list of SMS with codes generated for ticket issuance

Deposits - all deposits with available amounts for this user
BO - All BO rules could be added to this user. Just click the appropriate checkboxes.
