Adding new special offer
Creating new special offer is easy, just stick to the following procedure:
Click on "Add special offer" button.

2. Complete mandatory items in the new tab

Plating Carrier - ticket issuing carrier.
PCC - booking PCC where search is done.
Route type - one way or round trip.
Airport departure/Airport arrival- origin and destination points, irrespective of route type.
Service fee - extra charge to be applied to the calculation of special offers. It is possible to make the amount to be used only for specific offers or choose the option "According to the table of service fees." This will apply the appropriate service fee from the total table of service fees, which is in the section "Avia" , Service charges + discounts.
The price displayed - displays the minimum value determined by the client in manual choice of the site and date of the flight.
Currency - currency in which special offer will be displayed to customers.
Offer is active - indicates validity period of the of the offer on agency website, it is desirable that the date coincides with the period of promo fare validity, otherwise the desired price will not be calculated. If future dates are
specified, special offer will have the status "planned" and will be displayed on the website automatically on the specified dates.
Image - the image sizes should not exceed 100 kb; the name must not contain spaces.
Description- label that will be displayed next to the image.
To/Back - indicate dates of travel, that are specified in the fare. If there are no available seats in selected booking classes during next three months - you may receive the message "Sorry, there are no available dates. Try again later. " on the site. In this case, it is better to specify later dates for special offer stay active.
Time of stay (days) - Completion of this item is required for RT route. The number of days must match fare rules item 6.MIN STAY and item 7.MAX STAY, which specify the minimum and maximum length of stay in the passenger's destination. If case "Sunday rule" applies, put a tick lin the appropriate checkbox.
Days prior departure - Information here should comply with fare rules item 5. ADV RES/TKTG, which regulates the number of days booking should be created before departure and ticketing time limit.
Forbidden days - this item should be filled in according to fare rules point 11.BLACKOUTS, where all the dates that are not subject to the promotional fare are indicated. Dates are specified in the calendar, then you need to click "Add". To delete a range of dates you should click on it and click "Delete the selected range of dates".
Forbidden week days - information as indicated in fare rules paragraphs 11.BLACKOUTS, 14.TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS or 3.SEASONS.
Number of segments - the number of segments on the outbound flight (for OW route) or round trip. For example, for RT route with one connection in each direction you need to put the number of segments on the 2, you will need to specify the Connection point in the Connections section.
Connections - airport codes, indicating connection points on route. Section to be completed, if on outbound or inbound section more than one connection is used. For example, if a special offer includes a route Kyiv-Miami with connections in Istanbul and Boston, then in connections section you should indicate IST, BOS, with the number of segments is equal to 3.
Segments - Permitted flight numbers, FareBasis, Booking classes.
Marketing carriers / Flight numbers - flight numbers are entered using the carrier code, for example, “KL” (KL code of the carrier) if specific flight numbers are not indicated in the rules section 4. FLIGHT APPLICATION. If more stringent conditions are specified, you need to set the range of flight numbers: select a carrier from the drop-down list and enter flight numbers from and to, and then click the Add button. It is possible to add several ranges of flight numbers.
Fare basis (optional) - the name of the promotional fare. This information does not affect calculation.
Booking classes - booking classes that apply to this segment are indicated. It is possible to make several booking classes.
3. After filling in all the fields, click the "Save" button, after which a confirmation of successful saving should be displayed:

When clicking on a special offer, you can check how it is displayed on the website.
Deleting special offer
To delete a special offer, you will need to click the dustbin button and confirm your action in the dialog box.

To delete all special offers that are no longer valid you just need need to click the button "Delete all deprecated" at the top part of special offers page:

And confirm your intention in the dialogue window:

Editing Special Offer
To edit exising special offer simply click on "Pencil" button next to selected special offer.

When you click on the special offer, you can check how it is displayed on the website:

Copying special offer
To copy existing special offer click the button "Copy" next to selected special offer.

After clicking on this button, the copied special offer is displayed at the bottom of the list with a new number.

Change special offers order
To change current order in which special offers are listed click "Edit application order" button at the top part of special offers page:

The special offer you are going to place in a different posision is highlighted in orange:

After placing the special offers in the necessary order, do not forget to save the new list order by clicking button “Save the application procedure”.
