How to view/edit existing user settings?

This section allows to check the settings for existing RezOn Back Office (BO) users and create new ones. Once RezOn provisioning process is complete you should get the credentials of at least one fully preset BO user which has Manager access level to all settings of this specific RezOn project.

Using this Manager access to BO you can create an unlimited number of user accounts to access RezOn BO with the rights that are defined according to your workflow. New users can have the same access rights as Manager access or more limited access.

To edit existing user settings simply click on user login in the list or select Edit option in the drop-down list at the end of the line:

In the displayed new window fill in the new details and confirm you changes by clicking Save button:

How to add a new user :

The process of new BO user creation is rather simple:

  1. Click Add User button.

  2. Complete user contact details.

  3. Drag the required user rights from All rights section to User rights.

  4. Drag the PCC from Available PCCs list to User PCCs

4. Click Save.

The following user rights are available in RezOn BO:

  • View service charges,

  • Edit service charges,

  • Edit agency languages,

  • Manage agency template,

  • Change the number of connections due to destination,

  • View and change fare restrictions,

  • Manage special offers,

  • Manage commissions,

  • Edit ticketing rules,

  • View agency transactions,

  • Manage contractors,

  • Air module- view orders,

  • Air module- view bookings,

  • CMS Site - advanced user management,

  • Manage currency rates,

  • View statistics module (Air+Rail),

  • Manage air account codes,

  • Manage airline discounts

  • CMS Site- manage menu,

  • CMS Site - manage modules,

  • CMS Site - manage users.

Such variety of user rights enables great flexibility in terms of user accounts management, giving the users access only to those BO functions they do need.
