Merchant transactions

How to check if your merchant has been connected?

Using Merchant Transactions section you can view all the information about user interactions with the payment gateways specified in your RezOn project:

• # - internal transaction number;

• Payment Gateway- name of the connected payment gateway.

• Order - internal order number to which this transaction refers.

• Bank order number - transaction number in bank database.

• Transition to gateway - date and time when the user was transferred to the gateway, when the client has already placed the order in the basket (if it is a railway order) and was redirected to payment stage.

• Gateway response - date and time when bank response was received.

• User is back - date and time when the user returned to merchant website.

• Payment method fee - fee amount to be paid to the bank for payment gateway usage (depends on the conditions agreed with the gateway provider).

• Amount - indicates order total amount.

• Response status - shows bank response status ( if returned by the bank).

• Comments - summary of ban response (if applicable).

Filter is available by the fields: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9.
