Orders — Flight tickets

This section shows the list of flight bookings and orders created via RezOn powered website.

Order number is assigned automatically by RezOn when booking flights on the website and in some cases several bookings can be created within one order number. For example, when requesting several categories of passengers for whom different fares and booking classes apply.

How to filter order data?

You can use the following filters to find the relevant orders quickly and efficiently:

  • Created - date of order creation.

  • Customer's Email - email indicated during booking creation.

  • Customer's phone number - phone indicated during booking creation.

  • Site user - email of BO user.

  • Booking source - service provider name (Galileo, Travelfusion).

  • Meta search - meta search platform name (eg Momondo).

  • Booking status:

    • Active - if order has not been processed yet, eg no issued tickets etc;

    • Cancelled - in case when the order was canceled either through the website or via BO;

    • With error - this status is assigned in case when booking cannot be created for some reason.

Detailed Order Information

When clicking order number or view button you will be redirected to a new tab, where detailed order information is given.

  • Created: date and time (EET) of order creation.

  • Search completed: date and time (EET) when search was done

  • IP: user IP address used for search.

  • Language/Timezone: user language and timezone.

  • Site User: BO user email.

  • Customers Last Name: customer surname as indicated during reservation creation.

  • Customers First Name: customer name as indicated during reservation creation.
